Hello! I'm Kristin, the founder of Simply SMART Fitness. I’m thrilled to welcome you to my corner of the fitness world, where our busy lives find harmony with health and wellness.

Meet My Family

Family is the heart of everything I do. My husband and I are blessed with three wonderful children, each with their own unique personalities and endless energy. Our home is filled with laughter, school projects, sports activities, and of course, a lot of love. Managing a bustling household has taught me the value of time and the importance of prioritization.

My Fitness Journey

Fitness has always been a passion of mine. However, balancing the demands of motherhood with personal health goals posed a significant challenge, especially as I got older and had more on my plate. Over time, I realized the need to optimize my schedule, prioritize my well-being, and carve out time for fitness amidst the chaos of daily life. This journey isn't easy, but it is incredibly rewarding, teaching me the importance of efficiency and focus.

The Birth of Simply SMART Fitness

Simply SMART Fitness emerged from my personal experiences and the desire to help others in similar situations. I discovered that many parents, especially moms, struggled with the same issues I faced. They wanted to stay fit and healthy but couldn’t find the time or the right strategies to do so. Simply SMART Fitness is my way of sharing what I’ve learned and creating a supportive community for others.

What Does "SMART" Stand For?

You'll see this throughout my course, materials, and other resources. SMART stands for Simple, Manageable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-efficient. These are the principles that guide everything we do at Simply SMART Fitness:

Specific (and Simple!) - Easy-to-follow routines that don’t require extensive equipment or complicated moves.

Measurable (and Manageable!) - Workouts that fit into your busy schedule.

Achievable - Goals that are realistic and attainable, boosting confidence and motivation.

Realistic - Practical fitness solutions tailored for busy lifestyles.

Time-Bounded (and Time-efficient!) - Effective workouts designed to maximize results in minimal time.

At Simply SMART Fitness, our mission is to empower busy individuals—especially parents—to achieve their fitness goals without overwhelming their schedules. We are dedicated to providing practical advice, efficient workout routines, and a supportive community. Our goal is to make fitness and health accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable.

My 'Why'

My commitment to working out and eating well is my cherished 'me' time. It's a journey that not only strengthens my body and sharpens my skills but also fills me with joy and fulfillment. This personal dedication empowers me to be the best mom and wife I can be, bringing my strongest and happiest self to my family every day. With my journey towards fitness and health, I also strive to be the best role model I can be for my kids. Simply SMART Fitness was created with this vision in mind: to help other parents, like me, prioritize their health so they can be there for their families, enjoy life to the fullest, and set a positive example for their kids.
